Priyanka Gandhi Vadra began her electoral career by filing her nomination from the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat on Wednesday. He said he has 35 years of experience in politics. He first joined the election campaign in 1989 with his father Rajiv Gandhi at the age of 17.

Priyanka faces competition from BJP’s Navya Haridas
Priyanka Gandhi is contesting elections from Wayanad, so the BJP has fielded Navya Haridas to counter her. The candidate of the left alliance LDF is Satyan Mokeri. Who is Navya Haridas?
Navya Haridas, 39, has been a Kozhikode Municipal Corporation councilor twice and is a leader of the BJP parliamentary party in the corporation. She is also the state general secretary of the BJP Mahila Morcha. He has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from KMCT Engineering College, affiliated to Calicut University. She was a BJP candidate from Kozhikode South constituency in the 2021 Kerala Assembly elections, but lost to Congress candidate Ahmed Devarkovil. Navya Haridas is popular among the youth, so Priyanka Gandhi’s journey in Wayanad will not be easy. Rather, Haridas may prove to be a challenge for them.
