The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court heard both sides during the hearing of the proposed bulldozer action case in the Bahraich violence case. After the hearing, the court adjourned the hearing of the case until November 4. Further, the court has ordered to continue the suspension of notices issued by PWD.
While hearing the case, the Lucknow court directed both the parties, the government and the victims, to submit their respective evidence and documents in the case. Now the hearing of this case will be on November 4 and till then the suspension of the notice given by PWD will continue.
SC gave strict instructions
At the same time, a hearing on this matter was held in the Supreme Court on Tuesday. During the hearing, the court made strict comments on the UP government and said instructions had been given not to act with bulldozers. Those who violate the order should be alert. The court had directed the UP government not to take action on the excavators till Wednesday. Two days before the Supreme Court, the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court had also banned the excavators in this case for 15 days.
Notices issued by people with disabilities
It was reported that after the violence in Bahraich, the department of persons with disabilities had issued notices to demolish some buildings. PWD had pasted notices on the houses and shops of 23 people. He was given 15 days to submit his response.

It is alleged that during this time stones began to be thrown from the rooftops, causing a stampede during the dive. Meanwhile, Ram Gopal was shot on the roof of a house, resulting in his death.
