Yoga is beneficial for the body in many ways. Practicing it daily can help alleviate physical and mental problems. In addition to this, in today’s deteriorating lifestyle, if you dedicate a little time to yoga, it can help you stay fit and healthy. Nowadays, people spend all day working sitting in the same place, which puts them at risk of suffering from bad posture and any type of body problem.

The effect of poor posture is also visible on your personality. In such a situation, to cure it you don’t need to go anywhere and do exercise, but you can also do sitting yoga at home. Today we are going to talk to you about an easy yoga asana that, in addition to improving posture, can also be beneficial for the body in many ways.

Purna Chandrasana

Practicing Purna Chandrasana helps protect the body from diseases. Practicing this asana improves body balance, posture, flexibility and strengthens bones, and this asana can also be helpful in increasing concentration. With this asana, the body’s metabolism is maintained well and it can help in reducing weight. If you have a problem of lower back or waist pain, practice Purna Chandrasana only after taking the advice of a Yogacharya. Do not do this asana if you have a bone injury or osteoporosis. Apart from this, people suffering from serious illnesses and pregnant women should also not practice Purna Chandrasana without expert advice.

How to do Purna Chandrasana

To do Purna Chandrasana, first stand up straight and keep your feet a short distance apart. Also keep your hands straight. After this, take your legs and hands in a triangle pose, now keep the fingers of your right hand slightly above the ground. After this, keep some distance between the toes and the feet of the right hand. Now bring one hand up and the other hand up in the same position, then lift your leg in the air and try to bring this body into Chandra Mudra or Chakrasana Mudra. Begin this asana only under the supervision of a yoga expert.
