According to media reports, Samsung is now preparing to compete in the Tri-fold market. However, the Korean company will benefit more because Huawei is not yet present in many markets. Samsung has started working on Tri Fold, in which the screen can be folded twice and will be like the Huawei Mate XT.
Samsung may launch a Tri Fold phone next year
According to the report, Samsung could launch Tri Fold next year. The development work on the Tri Fold display has been carried out by Samsung’s display wing. However, no official confirmation regarding the launch has been received yet.

Huawei Mate XT available only in China
Huawei Mate XT is currently the only phone that comes with Tri Fold. However, it is not available outside of China. If Samsung launches its Tri Fold phone next year, it will be the first company to launch the phone in the global market.
