UP Madrasa Education Board Act 2004 (Aaj Samaj) is confirmed, New Delhi: The Supreme Court has upheld the constitutional validity of the ‘Uttar Pradesh Madrasa Education Board Act, 2004’ by setting aside the decision of the Allahabad High Court.
