In the video that has gone viral, the patient’s relatives hold a turned-on mobile phone flashlight in their hands. There the doctor treats the patient. Regarding this incident, the hospital administration has said that it is an everyday situation due to the problem of light tripping. Due to the darkness that prevailed in the emergency hospital premises, an atmosphere of panic was created among the patients admitted there for treatment.

After the video went viral, the hospital issued a statement saying that due to the rain, there was darkness in the hospital’s emergency room for half an hour due to the short circuit of the power cable. Apart from this, a similar image was also revealed at Sadar Hospital in Nawada, Bihar in June.
