Addressing the ambassadors of the BRICS countries, Putin said that Russia’s relations with India have recently reached a new level of privileged strategic partnership. Our countries work together in bilateral and international formats. All this has been confirmed by the talks with Prime Minister Modi during the G20, SCO and the recent BRICS summit held in Kazan.

He told the BRICS ambassadors that we are excited that their activity is successful. He also stressed that Moscow’s relations with Burkina Faso, Malaysia, India, Niger, Kenya, Argentina, Zimbabwe and other friendly countries are mutually beneficial and based on respect.

The Indian ambassador presented a letter of confidence to Putin

Meanwhile, Indian Ambassador to Russia Vinay Kumar also presented his letter of confidence to Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Alexander Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace today.
