Noida’s Garden Galleria mall is in the news again, a case of indecent act with a girl has come to light in the mall. A girl who works in a private company accused the director of her own company of indecent behavior and sexual abuse during a party. Taking cognizance of this incident, the police have arrested the accused director.
According to the media cell of Noida police, the victim girl, while filing the complaint, said that she works in a construction consultancy company located in Indirapuram. The company’s director, Bhupendra Kumar Ramaiya, had organized a party for his employees last Saturday at a restaurant in Garden Galleria Mall, Sector 38A, Noida.
Girl sexually abused at Garden Galleria shopping center
The girl alleges that during the party, Ramaiah abused her while intoxicated and touched her inappropriately. The victim said that when she protested against Ramaiya’s behavior, the director threatened to fire her from work. Along with this, he also warned of facing serious consequences.
Police arrested the accused
Regarding this, the girl filed a complaint at the Sector 39 police station on Monday night. Police registered a case against accused director Bhupendra Kumar Ramaiya and arrested him. Police said he was produced in court on Tuesday and sent to prison.
