22 PPS officers from Uttar Pradesh have been promoted to IPS. For this, the Home Department of the State Government has issued an order. These officers have been posted to the IPS cadre at their current place of posting. In this matter, the approval of the President was received on October 18, after which the Ministry of Home Affairs issued promotion orders.

As per the state government order, Bajrangbali, Dinesh Yadav, Sameer Saurabh, Mohd Ansari, Ajay Pratap, Nepal Singh along with Kamlesh Bahadur, Rakesh Kumar Singh and Lal Bharat Kumar Pal were appointed IPS. Apart from this, Lakshmi Niwas Mishra, Rajesh Kumar, Chiranjeev Nath Sinha and Vishwajeet Srivastava have also been promoted as IPS.
