Rajasthan: Determined to invest Rs 28,000 crore in education sector, CM signed over 500 MoUs – Investment in Rajasthan’s education sector, Rs 28,000 crore CM signed over 500 MoUs

More than 500 memorandums of understanding (MoU) worth Rs 28,000 crore were signed during the ‘Education Pre-Summit 2024’, marking a major investment in the education sector in Rajasthan. At this event, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma said that education is the main foundation of development of any state and even a small investment in it can leave a profound impact on the society.

Chief Minister Sharma announced, “The 507 MoUs signed at the previous summit will open avenues of new development in the education, skill development and sports sectors.” He said these MoUs will create better opportunities for the youth of Rajasthan and expand possibilities in different areas of the state. He also said that the state government is working hard to provide employment to more than 6 lakh youth and this MoU effort is an important step in this direction. The Chief Minister said, “Be it mining, healthcare or energy sector, efforts are being made to attract investments through MoUs in all sectors.”

This step is important for the state.

The event took place ahead of the state’s ‘Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit’, which is scheduled to be held in Jaipur next month. This summit is also expected to attract more investments in the state, which will give a new direction and impetus to the economy of Rajasthan. Deputy Chief Minister Premchand Bairwa, Education and Panchayati Raj Minister Madan Dilawar and Youth and Sports Department Minister Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore were also present on this occasion. In their speech, these ministers also appreciated the growing investment in the state’s education and skill development sector and described it as important for the development of the state.
