Champions Trophy 2025 schedule: Big news is emerging regarding the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 which will be held in Pakistan next year. The Indian government is yet to give approval for its Indian team to tour Pakistan. After this news, the headache of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and International Cricket Council (ICC) will increase.
Keeping all these things in mind, now the Pakistani board has accepted defeat and agreed to hold the Champions Trophy under the hybrid model. This has been revealed by the PTI report. In which it was said that India will play all its matches in the United Arab Emirates.
Indian matches may be held in Dubai or Sharjah
The biggest question on the Pakistan tour is security. This is also the reason why the Indian government does not want to take risks. A PCB source has said that if the Government of India does not give permission to their team, then they will be ready to play under the hybrid model. In such a situation, the competitions can take place in Dubai or Sharjah.
The source said: “The PCB wants the BCCI to communicate in writing whether it has permission from its government to send its team to Pakistan or not.” Recently, Pakistani media has also received news that the complete Champions Trophy schedule may be released on November 11.
