In Sikar, Rajasthan, a patient was brutally beaten in the hospital. The accused attacked a guard with a Lohi chair. The guard’s head was injured in the attack and he needed four stitches. A video of the incident has also emerged, in which the accused is seen drenched in blood and wandering around the hospital carrying an iron chair.
The incident took place at Sikar SK Hospital. Here the patient Suresh Mahala attacked the staff. The accused attacked the staff with an iron chair, injuring four employees. The patient’s mental state was not good. In such a situation, the family took him out of the hospital.

The patient Suresh Mahala, a resident of Bhuma (Laxmangarh), who came to Sikar SK hospital for treatment, had suffered a head injury. The family took him to Sikar SK Hospital at 7am. As soon as the patient arrived at the hospital, he began brutally attacking the nursing staff. The patient also attacked the hospital guard with an iron rod. Due to which the guard’s head was torn and he was given 4 stitches. The patient began attacking the staff with an iron chair. He continued to wander around the hospital carrying a chair, making staff afraid to approach him. Four staff members were injured in this incident. It is said that the patient’s mental state was not good, so he started fighting. After the incident, the family took the patient out of the hospital.
Questions raised about hospital safety
This incident has once again raised questions about the safety of hospitals. Earlier, a woman doctor was raped while on duty at RG Kar Hospital in West Bengal and was later murdered. A few days after the incident, anti-social elements entered the hospital and vandalized it and also destroyed the evidence. After this, doctors went on a nationwide strike for their safety. However, no strict measures have been taken so far to improve safety measures in hospitals.
