A video from Uttarakhand’s Udham Singh Nagar has gone viral on social media. On Diwali day, Dr Aanchal Dhingra of Guru Maa Advanced Dental Care is said to have fired five bullets from a revolver into the air near the Thar vehicle parked at her farm.
