Chhath Puja 2024 Usha Arghya: Today is the fourth and last day of Chhath Puja. On this day, Arghya is offered to the Rising Sun God, who is also called Usha Arghya. Let us tell you that Chhath Mahaparva lasts for four days. During this period, fasting women must follow many rules. On the first day, Nahay Khaya is celebrated, on which the fasting person must bathe and eat satvik food. Kharna is celebrated on the second day. On this day, in the evening, kheer is prepared which consists of jaggery, milk and rice. On the day of Kharna, a whole day waterless fast is observed and in the evening, a 36-hour waterless fast is started by eating kheer. On the third day, the first Arghya is offered to the setting sun. After this, on the last day the second Arghya is offered to the rising sun. The Chhath fast is also broken on this day. Why is Chhath fast observed?

By worshiping the Sun you get good health and a healthy body. By worshiping Chhathi Maiya, the child gets a long and happy life. Chhath Puja Time Usha Arghya

On the day of Chhath Puja i.e. November 8, 2024, the sunrise time will be 6:38 am During this time, fasting women will offer prayers to the rising sun and wish the happiness and prosperity of their families. Then after Arghya, you will break the Chhath fast by taking Prasad. Let us tell you that Arghya offers himself to the Sun God while standing in the water.

How to break Chhath fast?

The Chhath fast must be broken by eating the prasad offered in the puja. Break the Chhath fast by eating thekua, banana and sweets etc. Please note that Chhath fast will be broken only after Usha Arghya. Also, before ParanĂ¡, take the blessings of the elders and distribute the Prasad of Chhathi Maiya among everyone. After this, accept it yourself.
