Because the party had to face defeat in the elections due to factionalism. Even after the defeat, factionalism in the party is not diminishing. They blame each other for the defeat. No leader is willing to take responsibility for defeat. Now the Congress high command itself has taken a tough stance on this matter. It is said that there will be important changes in the state Congress. Udaybhan’s exit from the post of Haryana Congress president is considered certain. While the head of Haryana offered to resign citing health problems. In his place, someone else will be left in charge of Haryana. Not only this, but an army of workers will rise at the block and district level. Hardworking and honest workers will be included in the organization. Who work only by the force of the party. So that the party can compete strongly in the next elections. After taking charge, the new co-incharge Jitendra Baghel has started working on it. First, the organization can appoint district heads. After this there will be appointments on the second level. At the same time, to check factionalism, the high command has given a strict message to former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda and MP Kumari Selja. They have been told not to make any statements against others in the media.
The organization has not been formed for ten years, Udaybhan held Babaria responsible
Due to factionalism among the leaders, the Congress has not been able to build its organization in Haryana in the last ten years. Last day in Chandigarh, Udaybhan said party leader Deepak Babariya is responsible for the Congress’ failure to form an organization in the state and its defeat in the assembly. Udaybhan said we handed over the lists of party functionaries to those responsible several times, but instead of sending them to the Congress high command, he himself continued to suppress them. In the meeting held in front of Rahul Gandhi on August 7, 2023, Babaria had promised that the organization would be formed before September 10, 2023, but still he could not prepare it.
