Supreme Court Bar Association president Kapil Sibal praised Chief Justice DY Chandrachud at his farewell ceremony on Friday. Speaking at the farewell ceremony organized by the Supreme Court Bar Association, Kapil Sibal said that we may not agree, but we must congratulate them because they were willing to listen to him and take a decision. The court is not created by the walls of the court or the arches of the building, but by the work done by the judges to discharge their constitutional duty and protect civil rights and in this context, CJI Chandrachud delivered some unprecedented judgments.
