Case registered for the death of a young man due to a collision with a truck

In the case of the death of a motorcyclist due to a collision with a van yesterday, the police have filed a complaint against the owner of the vehicle on the complaint of his uncle and have launched an investigation. While filing the complaint, the deceased’s uncle Rajkumar said that my nephew Deepak, a resident of Bairagal police station, Malipur, was riding his bicycle to his sister’s house in Parvatpur on November 5, when a van It came from the front. It hit the car near Hajipur pond, due to which my nephew died on the spot. The police came to the information and took me to Nagpur hospital, where the doctor declared my nephew dead. After this, when we got information from someone, we reached Nagpur Hospital. The body was sent to the autopsy house along with the police. The deceased was Deepak’s son aged 8 years, 4 years and 27 days. Upon investigation, it was found that the said vehicle was from Hajipur village of Jalalpur Kotwali area. The name of the driver of the vehicle was Lallu Vishwakarma, son of Rakesh Vishwakarma. Police arrested the victim. Following the complaint of the deceased’s uncle, a case was registered against the driver and an investigation was launched. He said that a case has been registered against the driver on the complaint of the deceased’s uncle.
