Ambala News | Ambalá. Deputy commissioner Partha Gupta ordered to issue a show-cause notice to the ULB employee. This employee did not clear his seat record for 446 days for issuing CLU in Ghel village of Bhagwan Das Jagganath. Along with this, instructions have also been given to take immediate action on the pending file. Deputy Commissioner Partha Gupta addressed a meeting of the District Level Clearance Committee (DLCC) at the deputy commissioner’s office on Friday.
Earlier, Deputy Commissioner Partha Gupta briefed one from Pollution Control Department, five from HSIIDC, three from ULB, one from Labor Department, four from DTP, 11 from Mining Department, 14 from City Municipal Corporation of Ambala, 5 Ambala Municipal Council Cantt, Public. Works 9 pending cases of the department, one each from Barara Municipality and one each from Narayangarh Municipality were discussed in detail and comments were received regarding lack of action in 54 cases from these departments within the stipulated time period.
Giving strict orders to the officers, the Deputy Commissioner said that they should ensure that they take action on all the pending cases and files in the coming days and after taking action on all the cases, they should update their reports on the portal. He said all officers should take this matter seriously and that no file should be left pending.
The files of all the departments which are pending in this district should be disposed of immediately so that the people can get the benefits of the government schemes and the concerned person can carry out his work smoothly. All the agents have to sit in their respective offices and first take action on the pending cases.
If there is negligence at any level, strict action will be taken. Ambala DIC Kshitij has submitted reports related to the performance of each department.
