New Delhi: There are reports of dismissals by miscreants who were riding bicycles in the welcome area of Delhi. One person was reportedly killed in this incident and another was injured. It was reported that after committing the act the criminals fled, abandoning their motorcycle. Providing information about the incident, police said that one person named Nadeem was killed in the attack by the miscreants while another person named Shahnawaz was injured. Meanwhile, in another incident, some miscreants fired shots in the air at No. 5 New Kardampuri Street located in Jyotinagar area and fled from the spot. 7 empty cartridges and one live cartridge have been recovered from the scene.

Giving information about the incident, DCP Delhi North-East Rakesh Pawaria said, “An incident took place in the welcome area in the evening in which a person named Nadeem was shot on the forehead and lower part of the body and died. “. Another person present with him, Shahnawaz, was also shot in the leg. After some time, an incident also took place in Jyoti Nagar where bullets were fired in the air. We are taking action on both incidents. 3 accused have been arrested. More research is being done. Nadeem, who lost his life in the Welcome attack, is said to own a jeans factory. After Nadeem’s murder, the accused left his bike and ran away with the deceased’s scooter and mobile phone.
Criminals opened fire on a house in Jyotinagar
Talking about the incident that took place in Jyoti Nagar, the police received a call from PCR regarding the dismissal. Pramod, a resident of New Kardampuri area, had informed the police about the shooting on street number 5. Pramod told the police that three people came on a scooter, aimed at his house and opened fire. According to the information received, the police have recovered 6 empty cartridges and one live cartridge from the scene. Police said legal action is being taken in this matter and an investigation is underway.
