People of Sadarpur village, located in Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh, are scared these days. The reason for this fear is said to be the presence of poisonous snakes (naagin) in the village. It is said that as soon as night falls, the snake comes out of its hole and makes the villagers its prey. In recent days this snake has bitten 5 people, of which 3 have died. While the condition of two people remains critical.
According to the people of Sadarpur village, the “revenge” of the snake is being seen in the area. Recently, a snake had bitten a mother who was sleeping with her son and daughter in a house, resulting in all three of them dying. They had not even been able to forget these three deaths when the next day the snake again bit another young man and a woman from the town. He was admitted to the hospital in an unconscious state. However, both lives were saved.
Due to fear of snakes, people of Hapur village in Sadarpur have lost sleep. Currently, Forest Department teams have been deployed to catch the snake. Meanwhile, the Forest Department team is alleged to have caught the snake that had made the villagers its prey. The team has taken it with them. Now the department is busy investigating what species this snake is, how venomous it is and how old it is. The forest department has not confirmed the presence of the snake, but the villagers call it a snake.
Bitten mother and her two children while they were sleeping
It is said that recently in Sadarpur village in Bahadurgarh police station area of Hapur, a snake had bitten Poonam and her two children, Sakshi and Tanishk, who were sleeping in the house, due to which all three died. The villagers had just returned after performing the last rites of the three when on the same night news came that a snake had bitten another young man from the same village. The young man had been left unconscious due to a snake bite.
So the young man was immediately admitted to a private hospital in Meerut for treatment, where he is fighting for life and death. On the other hand, the Forest Department official said that five teams of Forest Department are present in the village to catch the snake. But amidst all this, the news of another woman being bitten by a snake in the village on Wednesday has shocked the villagers. The woman has been admitted to hospital for treatment. The fear of snakes still persists among the villagers.
