Prayagraj Protest – Prayagraj: Candidates protesting in front of Public Service Commission for second night with ntc candles – Prayagraj Protest News Candidates protesting in front of Public Service Commission for second night with ntc candles

The demonstration of candidates in front of the Public Service Commission in Prayagraj continued for the second day today. Students are standing in front of the Public Service Commission for the second night. Candidates from different districts protest by lighting candles. Students protest demanding “one day, one exam.”

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has decided to conduct the PCS Prelims 2024 and RO/ARO Prelims 2023 exams in two days, in two shifts. Candidates are already opposing this decision and on November 11, candidates from Delhi to UP once again took to the streets against this decision.

Indefinite strike announcement

The candidates have announced an indefinite strike at UP Public Service Commission Gate No. 2. He says this protest will continue until the Commission withdraws this decision. Students are protesting against this decision of the Commission in the Mukherjee Nagar area of the capital Delhi and in Prayagraj.

What is the opposition of the candidates?

Candidates say that by introducing the normalization rule, some candidates will benefit and others will suffer losses. The students argue that having paper in two turns will lead to normalization which good students will have to suffer from, that is, by having paper in two turns, there will be easy questions in one turn and difficult questions in one turn, because the Commission will do the normalization work so that good students have to suffer. There will be a possibility of students dropping out of studies and at the same time corruption will increase.

The commission cited a lack of centers.

Students are continuously protesting against this. Their requirement is that the work be done in one shift and in one day. At the same time, the Commission says that we do not have the center available so that the jobs of 6 lakh candidates can be done simultaneously. The students argue that earlier the Commission conducted examinations for more students.
