(Gurugram News) Gurugram. An important meeting was held at the Police Station on Tuesday with the aim of ensuring the safety of women and children and raising awareness. In this meeting, Deputy Commissioner of Police Headquarters Arpit Jain held a special conversation with various NGOs working for women and children. It was also decided that Gurugram Police will run a special awareness program in collaboration with all NGOs in order to ensure the safety of women.
It was decided in the meeting that as many women and children as possible would be reached and given detailed information about the crimes committed against them, Good Touch/Bad Touch, POCSO Act, Juvenile Justice Act and Dial 112 app. They will be informed. Through awareness programs and other means, we will reach out to women and children and learn about their problems.
Your problems will be solved. By identifying places where women/girls are sexually abused, women/girls will also know their legal rights there. Action will be taken against those who disturb them. Through these special awareness programs, awareness will be created by providing information on Police Dial-112 and Durga Shakti App/App and Police Travel Monitoring. By providing information to women/children present at these events, if they have information or suspicion of any type of crime, they will be encouraged to report it to the police by any means without fear.
