The police have served this notice to Asaduddin Owaisi under section 168 of BNS. According to section 168 of the BNS, every police officer may intervene to prevent the commission of any recognizable offense and may do so to the best of his or her ability. Let us tell you that before this, Asaduddin Owaisi had reached Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, from where he targeted Mahayuti and Mahavikas Aghadi for renaming Aurangabad.

Earlier, Asaduddin Owaisi had gone to Byculla, Mumbai, to address an election rally. During this, he targeted the alliance leaders of both Mahayuti and Mahavikas Aghadi. Owaisi targeted Prime Minister Modi, Amit Shah and Devendra Fadnavis. He said Fadnavis, you, Amit Shah and Modi cannot compete with me. Owaisi said you know the meaning of Jihad.
