Punjab News (Aaj Samaj), Chandigarh: Chief Minister of State Bhagwant Singh Mann has said that Punjab is the only state in the world that has a worldwide franchise because Punjabis have earned a great name in all countries and regions. He said Punjabis are hardworking by nature, on the basis of which they have created a distinct identity in the world.
Bhagwant Singh Mann said that it is a matter of pride for all of us that 45 per cent of Boeing engineers are from GNE, Ludhiana and CEOs of Flipkart, Ola, Mastercard and other companies are also Punjabis. The Chief Minister said that these youth have the intrinsic capacity to progress in all fields and their skills must be utilized properly.
He said that students and youth are like airplanes and the state government will provide them with a launching pad to advance in life and give flight to their dreams. Bhagwant Singh Mann said in clear words that he will not rest until the youth of Punjab achieve their goals.

The government is making concrete efforts to improve the education system
The Chief Minister said that the state government is making concerted efforts to improve the health and education system in the state. Eminence Schools have been established in the state to provide high quality education to the students and similarly the government healthcare system is also being improved. He said previous governments deprived people of high-quality education and health services and therefore hindered their progress. On the contrary, Bhagwant Singh Mann’s aim is to make poor students more capable by offering them high-quality education.
The Chief Minister said that the result is for all to see as for the first time 158 students from government schools appeared in JEE. Have passed the exam. He said that this is just the beginning, as more such results will emerge in the coming days, for which his government is making continuous efforts. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the Punjab government has provided more than 45,000 jobs to the youth on the basis of merit.
