Mohammad Umar, son of Atiq Ahmed, was granted bail in the assault case by taking him to Deoria jail over a monetary transaction with Lucknow businessman Mohit Jaiswal. ED had registered a money laundering case against him in this matter. However, Umar will remain in prison for now. Because in other cases he has not been granted bail.

The Lucknow Special CBI Court on Thursday granted bail to Umar in the PMLA case registered by ED. On Thursday, Mohammad Umar was brought out of Lucknow jail amid tight security. He will remain in prison even after getting bail in this case. Because many other cases have also been registered against them. In which he has not been granted bail.
Here, Atiq Ahmed mafia shooter Guddu Muslim is on the run since the Umesh Pal murder case in Prayagraj. Police have declared a reward for Guddu Muslim. But even after a year and a half, no trace of him has been found. In such a situation, now the police have filed the case in court against Guddu Muslim as well as Armaan and Sabir.
Charges have been filed in court against Guddu Muslim, Armaan and Sabir accused of the daylight murder of Umesh Pal and his two government gunners. A reward of Rs 5 lakh each has been declared for the three accused. These three have been on the run for almost a year and a half since the Prayagraj massacre. Seizure actions have also been taken against it in the past.

Atiq’s two sons, Umar and Ali, are also among the accused detained in prison in the case.
