Ayodhya. In the membership drive led by the Bharatiya Janata Party, 105 officials and workers deposited their pamphlets at the office. On Thursday, District Panchayat President Representatives Alok Kumar Singh Rohit and Randhish Singh W handed over the active membership book to late Metropolitan President Kamlesh Srivastava. To be an active member, the main membership is required to have at least fifty members.
Metropolitan president Kamlesh Srivastava said workers continuously deposit active membership booklets in the office. The goal was set to have 200 members at each booth. Camps are being organized in all posts and workers are carrying out door-to-door contact campaigns. People become members of the party by associating it with its policies. There is enthusiasm among people towards the party due to the government’s public welfare policies and their successful implementation. Metropolitan General Secretary Shailendra Kori, Metropolitan Vice President Tilakram Maurya and Randhir Singh W were present on the occasion.
