4pm News Network: Big news has come to light regarding the movement of competitive students protesting their demands in front of the UP Public Service Commission (UPPSC) in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. According to sources, in the high-level meeting chaired by Commission Chairman Sanjay Shri Net, it was decided that the PCS exam will be held in one day.

Let us tell you that the students’ long-standing demands and protests have finally succeeded. The main demand of the students was that the PCS 2024 preliminary exam should be held in a single day. Taking cognizance of this matter, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed the Commission to take necessary decisions by communicating and coordinating with the students. Following this initiative, the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) decided to conduct the exam in one day.

At the same time a committee was formed for the RO-ARO exam and the RO-ARO exam was postponed. Those who have been detained are being released. After CM Yogi’s intervention, the Commission has announced that it will conduct the UP PCS 2024 preliminary exam in one day and one shift as before. The Commission has accepted the demand of the PCS candidates, however, a final decision on the RO-ARO Recruitment Exam 2023 is yet to be taken. The Commission has postponed this exam to the month of December.
