Faridabad News: Accused of shooting at liquor shop arrested

The police remanded him in custody to recover weapons.
Faridabad News (Aaj Samaj) Faridabad: On the night of November 12 to 13, around 11.45 pm, in the case of a shooting at the liquor shop located on Pali Bhankri Road, Sainik Colony, Charan Singh, a resident of NIT, complained to the police outpost of Sainik Colony that the employees of his liquor store Sainik Colony served free liquor. When it was given to him, the bullet was fired with the intent to kill. From which the employees narrowly escaped. Following the complaint, a case was registered at the Dabua police station. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, Police Commissioner Omprakash Narwal directed to take immediate action. The Crime Section-65 team has arrested 2 accused. The police spokesperson said that the arrested accused Kailash alias Loots is a resident of Bhankhari village and Hrithik alias Robin is a resident of Sector-49 of Sainik Colony. Whom the crime branch team has arrested from Sainik Colony area. Both defendants are friends.

Dispute over asking for money

Upon investigation, it was revealed that on the night of November 12-13, both of them had gone to Sainik Colony liquor shop on Pali-Bhankhari Road to buy beer. Where he took the beer from the contract and didn’t pay and said he would take the beer for free. The employees asked to pay the money and argued. Kailash then opened fire on the employees. Also in the year 2019, a murder case was registered against the accused Kailash alias Loots at Dabua Police Station. In which he is free on bail. The accused were produced before the court and taken into police custody for two days for the recovery of the domestically manufactured vehicle and pistol used in the crime.
