Delhi pollution

The climate in the country changes continuously. According to the winter weather forecast, winter has started in most states of the country including the national capital. Along with the onset of fog, mild cold is also felt in the morning in Delhi, Haryana and eastern Uttar Pradesh. However, the people of Delhi are facing the double attack of smog and haze along with fog. In many places in the national capital and its surroundings, zero visibility is recorded. In such a situation, despite the declining air quality of Delhi, CAQM i.e. Commission for Air Quality Management implemented GRAP-3 in the state from Friday.

GRAP Stage III is implemented when the AQI becomes severe in the range of 401-450. According to the Central Pollution Control Board’s Sameer app, today Delhi’s air quality index is 409, which is a severe category. Apart from this, even on November 15, the AQI is above 450 in many areas. According to the published data, at 6 am, ICA was recorded at 441 in Delhi’s Anand Vihar, 455 in Bawana, 458 in Jahangirpuri, 449 in Mundka, 452 in Rohini, 455 in Wazirpur.

What will be the temperature of Delhi?

Every year in the month of November, Delhi turns into a gas chamber. In view of the increasing pollution in the capital, Delhi Chief Minister Atishi has taken a big decision for the benefit of school children. In view of the pollution, Atishi has ordered online classes in all primary schools in Delhi until further orders. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in the national capital today is expected to be 30 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is 16 degrees Celsius.

These restrictions remain in Group 3

1-Prohibition of BS-3 petrol and BS-4 diesel four-wheelers. 2-Prohibition of entry of light commercial vehicles, diesel trucks. 3-Prohibition of non-essential constructions. 4-Prohibition of the use of charcoal and wood in tandoor. 5-Exemption to use a diesel generator set only for emergencies. 6-The state government can take a decision on online classes for primary school children.
