Chandigarh News, Panchkula, November 14 – Under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Monica Gupta, a solution camp was organized today at the office of Panchkula Municipal Corporation and Kalka Municipal Council located in Sector-4. City residents in the solution field raised eight problems with officials, of which three problems were solved on the spot.
Additional Deputy Commissioner and Municipal Corporation Commissioner Aparajita said that 8 complaints were received in the camp. Three Property ID-related complaints were resolved on the spot. Pius Aggarwal, resident of Sector-17, Anil Verma, resident of Sector-26, appealed to update the mobile number in the property ID. Surendra Prasad, a resident of Sector 19, requested to remove the incorrect identification from the two property IDs. Vikas Manch Panchkula appealed to solve the problems arising from the railway underpass.
He said that the problems and complaints of the city people will be heard by organizing a solution camp every working day from 9 am to 11 am at the Municipal Corporation office and Kalka Municipal Council premises located in Sector 4. Complaints received at the camp will be resolved as soon as possible. He called on the residents of the city to raise their complaints and problems related to the Municipal Corporation between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
