Exclusive: India TV Special Conversation with Uddhav Thackeray
Voting will be held on November 20 ahead of the Maharashtra Assembly elections. The election results will be announced on November 23. Meanwhile, India TV had a special conversation with Shiv Sena UBT chief Uddhav Thackeray. During this, Uddhav Thackeray fiercely attacked the government of Eknath Shinde, Devendra Fadnavis and Mahayuti. Uddhav Thackeray said that he repeatedly takes Balasaheb’s name, Balasaheb was not his classmate. Modi ji wants to know what I eat and why he fights with me so much. Uddhav Thackeray said, ‘My father used to say that whenever elections are held, the Prime Minister or the Chief Minister of the country should not come to campaign for any particular party. You take an oath to be the Prime Minister of the country and not the Prime Minister of any party. If you are the Prime Minister, then your job is to manage the country. On Amit Shah’s statement, he said that I had also called Amit Shah Ahmed Shah Abdali. Who was I when I was with them? I have criticized the BJP, I have neither abandoned Hindutva nor will I abandon it.
‘Ram Mandir is not the BJP office’
He said Ram temple is not yours. I want Ram free from BJP. Ram Mandir BJP does not have an office. If there is a leak from above, stop it first. Shankaracharya ji also said that the temple is incomplete. Complete that first. I have been there. There is no need to ask the BJP to go there. He said that when I was CM, Chhatrapati wanted to build a medical park in Sambhajinagar. If this had happened, one lakh people would have got employment, but they were sent to Gujarat. I wonder why people don’t get jobs, why all the industries go to Gujarat.
The real motto of the BJP is to loot and distribute.
Uddhav Thackeray further said, “Batenge kaatenge nahi, ‘lootenge aur batenge’ is the real slogan of the BJP. Aren’t Muslims the citizens of this country? Narendra Modi had eaten Nawaz Sharif’s cake, I haven’t, so the Muslims voted. Modi ji should “Understand it. My Hindutva is going to burn the home and your Hindutva is going to burn the house.” Regarding Devendra Fadnavis, he said that his power is jihad and he has no problems left. If the Election Commission sees something, then it should take action. He calls it religious war.

Uddhav Thackeray said that I want to give security to women, education to children and farmers their salaries. I am going to give free education to the children. I’m going to give this to the girls as they receive it. He said that through Ladki Bahin Yojana, he considers women as servants, as if he pays a salary and the women work for him. I have a torch in my hand. It’s late but it’s not dark. I have seen the workload for two and a half years. At that time the world was enveloped by the coronavirus. But my people listened to me. That’s why they consider me the head of the family.
