There has been dense fog for the last 4 to 8 days. 12 districts of the state are under the blanket of fog. Many traffic accidents have also occurred due to fog. Visibility was reduced to 50 meters due to fog in Hisar.
Dense fog is present in 12 districts of Haryana. Visibility is less than 50 meters in Sirsa, Fatehabad and Hisar areas of Rajasthan in western Haryana. While in Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Rewari, Jhajjar, Gurugram, Faridabad, Rohtak, Sonipat, Panipat, Jind and Charkhi Dadri, the visibility is 50 to 100 meters. At the same time, the Meteorological Department also issued an orange and yellow alert for fog in Haryana till November 16. State Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda said district deputy commissioners can take the decision on closing schools for children.
Group 3 restrictions implemented in these districts
Group 3 restrictions have been imposed in 14 districts of Haryana belonging to NCR. 14 districts of Haryana belong to the NCR. These include Faridabad, Gurugram, Nuh, Rohtak, Sonipat, Rewari, Jhajjar, Panipat, Palwal, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Mahendragarh, Jind and Karnal. The areas where extraction with crushers was prohibited after 8 in the morning.
