Hooda Khap angry at comment made about Hooda clan in Do Patti movie
Chandigarh News (Aaj Samaj) Chandigarh: Hooda Khad has taken a strong stand against the commentary on the Hooda clan in the film Do Patti. Earlier, Hooda Khap had held a meeting on November 10. In which Hooda Khap representatives from around 45 villages participated. At the meeting a high-powered committee was formed. The formed committee reached the CM’s residence in Chandigarh today and met CM Nayab Saini. The committee members informed CM Saini about the comments about the Hooda clan in the film.
Social activist Surendra Singh Hooda said that the Hooda clan of the Jat community is being defamed through a dialogue in the film Do Patti. He said there has been a conspiracy to defame the Hooda clan in the film Do Patti, this is a criminal case. In which FIR will be registered soon. He said the Chief Minister listened carefully to his demand and assured him that appropriate action would be taken. He instructed his officials on the spot to forward the matter to the Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting on the request of the Haryana Government.
The film was released on October 25.
It should be noted that the film Do Patti was released on the OTT platform on October 25. There has been no comment on the Hooda clan in the film. Because of which the people of the society are very angry. On this, Hooda Khap has demanded the removal of the comment made about the Hooda clan in the film Do Patti and a public apology from the producer, director, actor and the OTT streaming platform.
