How does artificial rain occur?

Artificial rain is a scientific way to change the climate by cloud seeding. During the cloud seeding process, small planes fly through the clouds, releasing silver iodide, potassium iodide, and dry ice (solid carbon dioxide). After this, water droplets begin to accumulate in clouds, which begin to fall on the earth in the form of rain. Artificial rain caused by cloud seeding is more intense than normal rain.
