(Charkhi Dadri News) Badhra. The annual function and Children’s Day program of Pragya Vidyalaya of Bhandwa village was organized with great pomp in which the students mesmerized everyone by presenting compositions related to Haryanvi culture. The management committee honored the meritorious students who topped the program and board exams and NEET, NDA.
The 30th annual award distribution ceremony was organized at Pragya Higher Secondary School in Bhandwa village where the children enthralled everyone with colorful cultural performances.
The program was inaugurated by school principal Yudhveer Singh, Sadaram Dabas and principal Krishna Jevali with lighting of Mother Saraswati lamp. Prizes were given to the winners of the internal competitions like Rangoli, Card Making, Utilization of Waste Materials, Scientific Model, Quiz, Calligraphy Competition and various sports competitions organized for the all-round development of the students. In the Rangoli competition, Chinku, Chachanal stood first, CV Raman House stood second. In card making, Janhvi Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi stood first and Sanvi Mangal Pandey House came second.
In the 200 meter race, Sombir Mangal Pandey House stood first, Lax Jagdish Chandra Bose stood second, in the scientific model competition, Simran Pragati Mangal Pandey House stood first, Somya, Divya Veer House Savarkar came second. School principal Yudhveer Singh Ahlawat said Pragya Sanstha has been working for 30 years to hone the talent of rural students with quality education. Principal Sanjay Kumar said that after continuously being in the State Board’s top ten list for 30 years, the school has now obtained CBSE affiliation, which will prove to be a milestone in the development of children. On this occasion Virendra Sahu, Satyavan, Rajbala and Manju Devi etc. were present.

Children presented colorful programs on Children’s Day. The little children enthralled everyone with various attractive and captivating poems. The children also demonstrated their excellent talent in sports competitions. While giving the message of child hygiene, principal Krishna Jevali stressed on children to maintain cleanliness at the entrance of their school, home and surrounding areas. He congratulated the students on Children’s Day and distributed prizes to talented students.
