Air pollution once again suffocates Delhi-NCR. In view of rising smog and deteriorating air quality, GRAP-III has been implemented in Delhi-NCR from November 15. Also on Friday, Delhiites woke up to a misty morning with the air quality index (AQI) also hitting the ‘severe’ category.
