Ambedkarnagar. In the presence of Development Director/Nodal Training Officer Anand Kumar Shukla, the micro-observers were trained on their work and responsibilities at the Collectorate Auditorium. At the training, the Development Director said that micro-observers play an important role in conducting elections in a fair and transparent manner. On this occasion, their role in conducting the elections in a fair and transparent manner was emphasized and through the PPT, everyone was made aware of their duties and responsibilities related to the assembly elections. During this, all the micro observers were given detailed training to closely observe the entire process related to voting at the polling station along with 100% compliance with the instructions of the Election Commission and to keep a close watch on every related activity with elections with surveillance. . During this training, the micro-observers were trained on preparation at the polling place, EVM, voting unit, work of election team chairman and other election officials, voter ballot, accounting of voting papers, mock voting and procedures to conduct mock voting of at least 50 votes in VVPAT After this, information about the process like CRC, sealing procedures etc. was also given. On this occasion, the Development Director directed that all micro observers must compulsorily reach their respective polling stations two hours before the start of voting and must initiate and complete all electoral processes on time as per the instructions of the Election Commission.
