Kolkata: TMC leader Sushant Ghosh was fatally attacked by two miscreants. Sushant Ghosh is the councilor of ward number 108 of Kolkata Municipality. According to information, two miscreants opened fire on the TMC leader around 9 pm. The bullet missed its target and hit the adjacent wall. His video has also appeared.

TMC leader and councilor Sushant Ghosh was said to be sitting near his house in Kasba Rajdanga area around 9 o’clock. Then two criminals arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire. Both criminals were wearing helmets. Sushant Ghosh was lucky and he was not shot. At that time, the people present at the scene captured a criminal. While the other criminal managed to escape.
Councilor attacked at close range
The Kolkata Municipal Corporation councilor was attacked at point-blank range. This incident was captured on CCTV. Councilor Sushant Ghosh called and informed the local police. He said he and his colleague caught a person with a gun. He said the man was trying to shoot him, but couldn’t because the gun was jammed. He handed over the accused to the police. The arrested man said he came from Baishali, Bihar. The police are currently investigating the matter.
