- The Gurugram Municipal Corporation office building is being constructed at Vyapar Sadan on Mehrauli Road.

Corporation Commissioner Ashok Kumar Garg inspected the under-construction state-of-the-art office building of Gurugram Municipal Corporation at Vyapar Sadar, located on Mehroli Road. In addition to observing the construction progress, he also took detailed information about the construction of the building while talking to the concerned officials and representatives of the construction agency. The construction of this state-of-the-art office building will cost approximately Rs 208 crore.
Three blocks are being constructed in the modern office building of Gurugram Municipal Corporation. It will have 3 basements and 10 floors. In its first basement you can park 110 cars and 64 two-wheeled vehicles. Furthermore, 137 cars and 117 two-wheelers can be parked in the second basement and 164 cars and 69 two-wheelers can be parked in the third basement.
There will be parking for 5 vehicles, civic amenity centre, exhibition area, canteen, utilities, ATM, dispensary, waiting room and VIP suite on the ground floor. On the first floor, there will be facilities such as mayor’s office, councillor’s room, waiting room, rest area, deputy mayor and deputy mayor’s office, council hall, conference room and lobby, waiting room, etc. There will be conference rooms along with the offices of the Additional Commissioner and Joint Commissioners on the second floor of the building. The Municipal Commissioner’s office will be on the tenth floor of the building. A very luxurious auditorium is also being built in this modern building, which will have a capacity of 700 seats. On this occasion, representatives of the construction agency and architectural firm were present along with the Municipal Commissioner along with Chief Engineer Manoj Yadav, Consultant OP Goyal and Assistant Engineer Prem Singh.
