A fire broke out in a building in Ahmedabad.
A massive fire broke out in a 22-storey building in Bopal area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Seeing smoke coming from the building, nearby people notified the firefighters. Firefighters arrived with information and rescued 100 people. However, during this time a woman became unconscious and was sent to the hospital. At the moment the causes of the fire are unknown.
Fire officer Mithun Mistry said the fire broke out on the eighth floor of ISKCON Platinum. About 100 people were evacuated. An unconscious woman has been sent to hospital. He said the fire has now been controlled.
