Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has provided information about the members of the committee formed for the Review Officer (RO) / Assistant Review Officer (ARO) exam 2023. This committee will submit a report taking into account all aspects of the RO/ARO exam. Based on that, a decision will be made whether or not to implement the normalization and “one day, one shift” method. Also, the new exam date (UPPSC RO/ARO New Exam Date) will be announced only after the committee report arrives.

Will the RO/ARO exam be “one day, one shift” like UP PCS or not? Its decision will be taken on the basis of the report of the members of the committee constituted by the Commission. For the last five days, RO/ARO candidates have been demanding removal of normalization with a one-day exam. The candidates ended their protest on Friday. Now waiting for the report.

The Commission has provided information about the committee members through its official website uppsc.up.nic.in. The four-member team headed by Kalp Raj Singh, senior member of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, includes professor Dr Ram Pyare, retired IAS officer Yogesh Kumar Shukla and retired PCS Prem Prakash Pal. Pending receipt of the committee’s report, the date of the review will be announced shortly after the Commission has duly considered all relevant aspects. This exam was previously supposed to be held in different shifts on December 22 and 23, 2024, which has now been postponed.
