Who is responsible after all?
There are only tears in the eyes of the family members… They took the child alive to the Government Medical College… with great hope that the children would be treated… But on their return, the child had to be carried away as ashes… About the father and mother What must have happened at this moment… how much pain must have been caused… The commission agents can never imagine this… that they installed substandard products in the college of medicine and gave substandard supplies… Who is responsible after all?
