Patna: A shocking case has come to light in Patna, Bihar. After the death of a patient of Nalanda Medical College Hospital here, his eye disappeared. After this incident came to light, the relatives of the deceased created a scandal and accused the hospital administration of having made the patient’s eye disappear. The case concerns the dead body of 24-year-old Funtush Kumar, a resident of Nalanda district in Bihar. Funtush Kumar was admitted to Patna’s NMCH after he was shot at by miscreants on November 14. Funtush Kumar died during treatment around 8 pm on November 15. One of his eyes has been missing since his death. When he was admitted to the hospital, he had both eyes.
Funtush Kumar, a resident of Huradi village, was shot at around 7am on November 14 in the Chiksaura police station area of Nalanda district of Bihar. In this case, based on the statement of Funtush Kumar’s wife Nirma Kumari, an FIR was registered against Madan Prasad, Sadan Kumar, Awadhesh Prasad and Milan Kumar. The family took the injured Funtoosh to Hilsa Sub-Divisional Hospital. Funtoosh was then referred to NMCH, Patna. According to family members, on November 14, around 9 am, Funtoosh was admitted to the NMCH. After this he underwent surgery. The doctor said that the situation is improving. But on the night of November 15, Funtoosh’s death was confirmed.
After the patient’s death, when relatives arrived at the hospital to see him, their hearts trembled. Because Funtoosh, who was admitted to NMCH after being shot in the stomach, was only missing one eye. Rahul Kumar, nephew of the deceased, said Funtoosh’s left eye was gouged out. The body of the deceased has not yet been sent for autopsy. The family alleges that doctors are trying to hush up the matter.

Patna city deputy superintendent Atulesh Jha said Funtush Kumar was shot on November 14. He was undergoing treatment at Nalanda Medical College Hospital. He died around 8:00 p.m. on November 15. Information has been received from family members that Funtoosh is missing his left eye. Images from security cameras installed in the hospital are being examined. In this case, statements are being taken from the family members.

Nalanda Medical College Hospital Superintendent Vinod Singh has said that a youth, Funtush Kumar, was shot and was undergoing treatment. The death occurred around 8:00 p.m. on November 15. The entire process was being carried out for the autopsy. But the young man’s body is still in the hospital. Funtush Kumar’s left eye was reported missing, which is being investigated. The hospital administration has formed a team. There is CCTV footage installed in the hospital, which is being investigated.
He said that in the post-mortem report the doctor also mentioned a case of rat biting the eye. All secrets will be revealed. The case has been registered at the local police station.
