Congress leader Rahul Gandhi
While addressing an election rally in Amravati, Maharashtra, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi launched a major attack on the BJP. Rahul said the Congress considers the Constitution as the DNA of the country, while for the ruling BJP and the RSS it is a blank book. It is not written anywhere in the Constitution that governments can be overthrown by buying and selling MLAs, as was done in Maharashtra. He said it is not even written that loans worth Rs 16 lakh crore of big industrialists can be waived.
Prime Minister Modi said that there is a fight between two ideologies in the country. On one side is the INDIA alliance and on the other side is the BJP-RSS. We say that the country should be governed by the Constitution and Narendra Modi says that the Constitution is a hollow book, there is nothing written in it. This book will be empty for RSS-BJP people, but for us it is the DNA of this country. Rahul said that Narendra Modi and BJP people kill the Constitution in closed rooms.
Narendra Modi ended the employment system
Rahul said that hatred is spreading in the country because Narendra Modi ended the employment system. Nowadays, young people cannot get jobs in any state because the country’s billionaires sell Chinese products here. Due to demonetisation and GST, factories were closed and small businesses that used to provide employment to people were destroyed. Narendra Modi cleared the way for Adani-Ambani using weapons like demonetisation and GST. The result was that all the country’s wealth passed into the hands of a few billionaires.
Millions of rupees were spent to defame me
The Congress leader said the opposition has spent millions of rupees to tarnish my image and defame me while I defend the rights of Dalits, tribals and backward classes. Rahul Gandhi said that GST and demonetisation are weapons to destroy farmers and small businesses. He said that unemployment is increasing and due to this hatred is spreading in the society. I want to tell Modi ji that the industrialists have not elected you as Prime Minister, but the people of the country.
