◆ Of the 81 complaints received during Samadhan Diwas, one was resolved on the spot.
Ayodhya. The Complete Solution Day was organized under the chairmanship of the district magistrate in Tehsil Sadar. During this time all interested agents were present. The district magistrate, after seriously listening to the problems of the common people on Tehsil Day, directed the officials of the concerned department to resolve them through unified efforts at the spot. He said the government’s intention is to fully satisfy the complainant by resolving public complaints qualitatively based on the priority of officials.
During the Total Solution Day organized in Tehsil Sadar, complainant Hridayram, son of Mata Prasad of Mendanipur Mayabazar village development block, complained about the illegal encroachment of Chakmarg. So the district magistrate ordered the BDO to remove the illegal encroachment along with the police administration. And on the complaint of Pura complainant, Rajepur village development block (Mudadiha), Ram Dayal Yadav, regarding removal of illegal encroachment from deeded land, the district magistrate asked the Sadar sub-district magistrate to investigate appropriately and present the report. Another complainant, Parvez Ahmed, son of late Mohd Saeed, lodged a complaint with Nagar Panchayat Gosaiganj regarding illegal constructions, on which the district magistrate directed the officer concerned to investigate and submit the report. A total of 81 complaints were received today during Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, out of which 01 was resolved on the spot. Director Revenue, Sub Collector Sadar, Area Officer, Tehsildar and other officials were present at the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas.
