Then Goddess Lakshmi will be prayed to sit in the sanctum sanctorum of the Badrinath temple.

The bidding to close the doors will begin at 6:45 p.m. on November 17. After about an hour i.e. at 7:45 pm, the head priest of the temple will enter Mata Lakshmi ji into the temple premises. Shayan Aarti will take place at 8.10 pm and after this the process of closing doors will begin.
