(Kurkushetra News) Kurukshetra. In Kurukshetra district police line, police personnel are undergoing training in modern weapons. Giving this information, police spokesperson Manjeet Panchal said that under the leadership of Inspector General of Ambala Police Division, Ambala Shibas Kaviraj, under the leadership of Superintendent of Police Kurukshetra Varun Singla, the police personnel from Kurukshetra is undergoing modern weapons training at Police Line Kurukshetra.
The Superintendent of Police said that 10-day training is being provided to police personnel at Police Line Kurukshetra to operate modern weapons. During training, police personnel receive information on the handling and maintenance of weapons. The Superintendent of Police said that the police conducts such training from time to time. This course will be taught to 200 soldiers from Kurukshetra district. Each batch is made up of 20/20 soldiers. Currently the third group is being trained in Kurukshetra.
Earlier, two groups of police officers were trained in modern weapons at the Kurukshetra district police line. During the training organized by the regional police at the police lines, soldiers learn to use modern weapons such as SLR, revolver, INSAS, automatic pistol, Glock pistol, combination machine gun and AK-47. Apart from police training, the soldiers do not have time to re-practice their weapons on other days, so after undergoing training in new weapons for about 10 days, the soldiers are sent to the firing range located at Nada Sahib, Panchkula and forced to fire them. In this test, Armor ASI Sher Singh, CDI MS Ravinder, Sub Inspector Joginder Singh is training the soldiers.
