Shashwat Tiwari brought honor to the district by securing first rank in the Delhi Zonal Mental Mathematics Examination.

Ayodhya. Shashwat Tiwari made the district proud by securing first rank in the Delhi Zonal Mental Mathematics Examination. Shashwat is the great-grandson of Dwarika Prasad Tiwari, a native of Purva of Khalwa in Khajurhat area and grandson of Harishchandra Tiwari. The exam is being conducted under the Mental Mathematics Project run by the Directorate of Education, Government of Delhi, which aims to foster mental calculation skills of students.

Earlier, Shashwat had secured first position in fifth category, second in sixth, first in seventh and again first position in zonal examination in eighth. Shortly before this, Dwarka Prasad Tiwari’s great-granddaughter Pooja Tiwari had also secured first rank in Translation Studies from Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha, Maharashtra, which became another matter of pride for the Tiwari family . Shashwat had also earlier achieved success in the class 6 Sainik school entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NCTA).
