According to Knight Frank India, Delhi-NCR is the sixth most expensive office market in the Asia Pacific region. According to real estate consultants, the average monthly rent for an office here is Rs 340 per square foot. Mumbai is ranked 8th in this list.

Delhi-NCR is the sixth most expensive office market in the APAC region, Knight Frank said in its latest Asia Pacific Prime Office Rental Index for Q3 (July-September) 2024.

Mumbai’s prime office rent stood at Rs 317 per sq ft per month and was the eighth most expensive commercial market in the APAC region. Bengaluru ranked 18th on the list and is one of the least expensive prime office markets. The rent for the main office here was recorded at Rs 138 per sq ft per month.
