According to information, this whole matter is in Madarmau village of Jahangirganj Police Station area of the district where Sangam, a resident of Maganpur Mahimapur, had a love marriage with a person named Zeeshan against his family members. At that time Zeeshan was working as a driver. However, he later lost his job, after which he left for Ramnagar in Alapur tehsil and started living on rent. Sangam also lived with him.

Sangam told the police that on November 12, Zeeshan had taken his wife and daughter to the Bhairav Baba temple in Azamgarh for an excursion. When he returned, there was a fight between them over some issue. Zeeshan used to talk about remarrying every day. Sangam told the police that ever since she had a daughter, Zeeshan constantly fought with her. Even on November 12, he took an innocent 1-month-old girl with him. He reached Bidhar Ghat and from there called Sangam.
When Sangam answered the call, Zeeshan said that he would kill the girl and if she was still alive, he would not remarry. Hearing this, Sangam continued crying and shouting on the phone. At that time, Zeeshan did nothing to the girl and took her with him to a relative’s house. The next morning, November 13, Zeeshan threw the girl into the Saryu River, where she died.

When Zeeshan did not return home for three days, Sangam called the police and told the whole story. During this, Zeeshan kept telling Sangam that everything will be fine and the girl is also alive and with her. But when the police arrested Zeeshan on Sangam’s complaint and questioned him strictly, he said that he had thrown the girl into the Saryu river. However, divers have not yet found the girl’s body. Currently the accused has been sent to prison.
